Sell fast
Tap a product, tap again for two, one green button to finish. Built for a phone in a busy shop, not a desk.
Track stock, sales and staff from your phone. StokiTrack starts you with your shelf already stocked, takes payment on M-Pesa, and tells you what to restock before you run out.

Stoki anasema
Order 40 loaves and 60 milk today. That is about KES 6,200. Bread sells out by 10am on Saturdays.
Shida ya kila siku
Most shops find out they are out of stock when a customer asks for something and walks away. By then the sale is gone, and so is the customer.
Bidhaa zinaisha bila kujua
Fast movers run out mid-morning while nobody notices until the shelf is empty.
Pesa imelala kwa mali
Slow goods sit for months tying up capital you needed for stock that actually sells.
Hesabu haziendani
Cash at closing does not match what left the shelves, and nobody can say why.
Features
From a single kiosk to a warehouse with many branches.
Sell fast
Tap a product, tap again for two, one green button to finish. Built for a phone in a busy shop, not a desk.
Know your stock
Every sale updates stock by itself. StokiTrack learns how fast each thing sells and warns you before it runs out, so nothing to set up.
Understand profit
See margin per product using the cost at the time of each sale, so an old price never flatters today's numbers.
Discounts
Knock shillings or a percentage off one item or the whole sale, right at the till. The receipt shows it, and your profit already counts it.
Staff & shifts
Clerks clock in and out on their phone. Every sale and stock change records who did it and when.
Pay with M-Pesa
Pick a plan, get the STK prompt, enter your PIN. No card and no bank queue.
Your data is yours
Each shop's records are sealed off at the database itself, not just hidden in the app. We never sell your information.
This is where shop software normally dies: the first evening, typing in four hundred products by hand. Tell us what kind of shop you run and the products are already there, with names, units and starting prices. Change what does not match, delete what you do not carry, and start selling.
Una duka la aina gani?
Stoki, your assistant manager
StokiTrack is the till, the stockroom and the books, all in one app. Stoki sits on top of it, knows your real stock and sales, never a guess, and briefs you every morning on what to focus on. Ask it anything in English, Swahili or Sheng.
Niambie, ni nini nifanye restock wiki hii?
Three things need attention. Mkate is down to 2 loaves against a reorder level of 15. That is under a day of cover, and Saturday is your busiest day. Maziwa has 12 left, about two days.
Order 40 loaves and 60 milk. At your buying prices that is KES 6,200.
Also, you have KES 3,640 sitting in shampoo that has not sold a single unit in 45 days. Consider a discount to free that money.
Based on: your stock summary, low stock, sales trend
Stoki only ever sees your own shop. It cannot read another business's books, and it will tell you when it does not know rather than invent a number.
Briefed every day, no jargon
Every morning Stoki looks at what changed and tells you, in plain language, what is worth doing today, what to save on, and what is quietly costing you money.
It remembers, and it learns your goals
After your first week, Stoki asks what you are working toward, this month and this year, then weighs its advice against that every time after, not just the question you asked.
Before-and-after, in pictures
Snap a photo of the shop when you set a goal, and another when you hit it. StokiTrack charts the sales and profit in between, and flags exactly what was holding you back.
Bei zetu
Anza costs nothing, ever. Ready for more room to grow? Pay for your first month, use it for two, and nothing counts down or expires on you after that.

For now, yes. StokiTrack needs a connection to record a sale, so a shop with a signal that comes and goes will feel it. Selling with no network at all, with the sales saved on the phone and synced when the signal returns, is the next thing we are finishing. We would rather tell you that than promise it and have it lose you a sale.
Yes, and M-Pesa is the only way to pay. No card, no bank visit. If you are on Anza, you never pay anything at all. On any other plan, pay it into our till (or take the STK prompt on your phone once automatic checkout is on) and your new plan is active as soon as it is confirmed.
No trial needed. Anza is free forever, so you can run a real shop on it for as long as you like before you ever think about paying anything. When you outgrow it and move to a paid plan, there is still no trial, but your first payment is doubled: pay for one month and we add 30 days free, so a first payment of KES 200 buys you 60 days. That is long enough to get your whole stock in, run real sales, and see what the reports tell you before you pay again.
The selling screen is built for a phone: you tap the product, tap again for two, and press one green button to finish. Most clerks are comfortable within a day. Buttons are large, the words are simple, and there is Swahili where it helps.
Stoki is the assistant built into StokiTrack. Ask it things like 'what should I restock this week?' or 'which product makes me the most profit?' and it answers from your own sales and stock, never from a guess. It will also tell you which goods are just sitting there tying up your money.
One short form and your shop is open. Nothing to install, nothing to pay to start.
